Jimmy’s Cannabis Shop is looking for an Operations Manager to assist in leading and overseeing the day-to-day operations of four of our retail locations in B.C.. This role will be responsible for implementing and monitoring a variety of strategic goals aligned with our core values; monitoring the cannabis landscape to build and maintain a competitive edge which includes: analyzing and enhancing sales and product inventory; identifying, training and developing leaders within the company, sourcing additional revenue opportunities all while maintaining a high level of engagement and culture. There will also be an emphasis in this role to provide sales and financial data and analysis. The Operations Manager must understand federal and provincial rules and regulations and will be the liaison for all government communication and will oversee administrative duties as needed. This position will require frequent travel.
