Monday – Thursday 9:00 p.m. – 7:30 a.m. FULL-TIME

Starting Wage: $18.10

Prior experience in Food Processing and/or Production Line Cleaning is an asset. You will receive exceptional training and support to succeed in the role. Seeking individuals who are eager to learn, grasp new tasks, and possess a keen willingness to learn.

About You

You are a self-managed team player with a positive attitude exhibiting cooperation, communication, flexibility, and initiative to acquire functional skills, and are:
  • Able to work in a team or independently
  • Able to work in a safe manner, adhering to company rules and regulations
  • Able to use computerized equipment and cleaning machines
  • Able to keep offices, public areas, washrooms, storage spaces, processing rooms, cafeteria and locker rooms clean
  • Able to wear Personal Protective Equipment to include by not limited to safety boots, safety googles, bump cap, production uniform, lab coat, surgical mask, surgical gloves, etc.
  • Able to stand/walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours or more)
  • Able to record all cleaning and sanitation tasks completion
You have:
  • A minimum secondary school diploma
  • Previous experience in Food/Production Cleaning is an asset
  • A clean criminal background
  • Working knowledge of computerized equipment and cleaning machines

This includes general organization, safety, cleanliness, and the inventory of materials necessary for track and trace operations of Seed Breeding and Cultivation when related to tagging plants, plant tissue, seed stocks and harvested cannabis.</p><p>The Track and Trace Tech will work with the Cultivation, Breeding, and Nursery departments regarding overall planting, tagging and harvesting logistics in all aspects of Track and Trace. Candidates will be responsible for ensuring that the correct seedlings and clones are planted in their correct specified locations in the field according to CCA planting maps and accounted for within the state track and trace system. Additional responsibilities will include posting and maintaining current and updated cultivation licenses in accordance with State and County approved premises maps, laws, and regulations.</p><p>Working environment will include office, warehouse, and greenhouse/hoop house environments. The Facility Director is expected to be a strategic leader with the ability to create business plans and models intended to maximize facility output and minimize overhead costs and costs of goods sold.</p><p><b>Duties:</b></p><p>• Manage facility staff including scheduling, basic time off requests etc.</p><p>• Hire line managers and supervisors according to the facility's capabilities and needs and in coordination with operations leadership.</p><p>• Manage output of facility to produce the products and revenue as contemplated by the company's budget and revenue plan</p><p>• Coordinate, communicate and collaborate with legal and compliance team members to ensure that the facility is being operated in compliance with all regulatory requirements on an ongoing basis.</p><p>• Coordinate with operations functional leadership to make improvements or ensure departmental production goals are met and to oversee the installation of new equipment and training of team members on that equipment and those new processes.</p><p>• Provide regular updates on P&amp;L performance to Ops leadership and executive team.</p><p>• Oversee a co-located retail operation, and provide oversight and facility specific support for the Retail General Manager as required, ensuring harmonious, simultaneous operation of both the manufacturing facility and retail facilities.</p><p><b>• Other duties appropriate to the role that may be assignedCompensation: $100k-150k (DOE) +benefits About Higher Growth Search:</b></p><p>If you are looking for a cannabis job, Higher Growth Search can help you find the right opportunity to grow your career at no cost to you.
