Goodblend Texas is looking for a Production Technician for infused Products with the skills to conduct and support the manufacturing and processing of final dosage forms of therapeutic cannabis-based foods. Cannabis has quickly become one the most dynamic and fastest-growing industries in the United States. As one of only 3 businesses licensed to cultivate and dispense cannabis in the state of Texas, goodblend Texas is looking to bring safe, natural relief to patients throughout Texas with wellness-driven products that empower the health of our customers.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Following established goodblend and industry best practices, manufacture therapeutic cannabis-based food products

• Supporting the goodblend Texas production team, and the Production Lead, in all activities related to manufacturing process of therapeutic cannabis-based food products.

• Maintaining appropriate records related to quality control, production and process improvement

• Assisting in recommendations for scalable procedures as company grows

• Assisting the infused products team to meet production and quality related goals

• Working with both manufacturing and packaging equipment

• Becoming a subject matter expert for specific processes as assigned by senior leadership

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS YOU'LL BRING

• • 1 -3 years of prior food preparation and manufacturing experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent required

• • Experience in food/confectionary production environment preferred

• Familiarity with quality control, policy and procedure and documentation

• Comfortable with security protocols, including video monitoring and employee tracking

• Residence within the current geography or willingness to relocate to the current geography is

required

• Age 21 or over (required)

• Valid Government-issued Photo ID (required)
