Job Description

We are looking to hire an Executive Assistant Office Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing the administrative activities of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day operations of the office (8:30 am - 5:30 pm, Monday-Friday)

• Regularly update the website (using WordPress) to reflect upcoming events, postings and news/media

• Record day-to-day business transactions

• Manage QuickBooks (Intuit QuickBooks Software) data entry/calculations, including invoicing, payroll, bank reconciliations and deposits

• Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable, ensuring all supplier bills are appropriated for payment and are processed when necessary

• Provide administrative and clerical support and general office administrative tasks as required

• Manage executives’ schedules, calendars, appointments, and meeting room bookings

• Maintain office supplies and ensure office, IT and equipment are maintained

Qualifications

• Previous experience in administrative, human resource services or other related fields

• Ability to prioritize and multi-task

• Working experience of QuickBooks, with strong computer literacy, is required

• Strong organizational skills

• Deadline and detail-oriented

• Strong leadership qualities

• Solid oral and written communication skills

This is a 3-month contract position that would lead to a full-time, permanent position. Salary is competitive and to commensurate with qualifications.

The Senior Category Manager, Cannabis will be responsible for leading the development of the cannabis category and channel strategies which reflect a best-in-class Category Management approach. This includes data driven solutions on in-store conditions with a focus on assortment, merchandising, and price for our Recreational Cannabis customers.
