The candidate must have analytical capability to work on special projects. Must have good communication skills and be a motivated team player. Must have experience working with MS Office and Excel. Knowledge of ERP and inventory systems are preferred.

DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

1. Able to work with Office Administrator, HR department, Executive Members and Accounting Personnel to perform both Confidential Personnel tasks and work within our HR database.

2. Assist Managers with special projects and maybe be required to assist with the process of Purchase Order requests.

3. Maybe required to assist in the management of Petty Cash. By distribution, management and accurate balancing of funds.

4. Perform a variety of general office support duties including but not limited to: making copies, analyze and create spreadsheets to track data for management requests, maintain calendar of activates, schedule meetings.

5. Ensures accurate maintenance of the filing system for all required electronic and physical office documents.

6. Able to create and maintain Excel reports, knowledge of MS Word and help create reports.

7. Maintains all required office supplies, post approval and tracks requisition while remaining budget conscious by participating in price shopping.

8. Communicates with vendors and coordinates payments. Additionally, coordinates pickups.

9. Assists in maintaining various postings, such as those in employee areas.

10. Maybe required to perform light errands, delivering mail and local store shopping.

11. Manages various internal company events, including employee birthdays, sending company representative correspondence, and the like.

12. Assist in completing employment packages and on-boarding for new hires. Enters employee data into various digital platforms.

13. May be required to work non-standard hours or weekends on an occasional basis as needed.

14. Must be able to multi-task.

15. Able to work in a fast paced environment.

16. Any additional duties as required by Management.

OTHER ASSOCIATED FACTORS:

  • Must have excellent attendance and work with little or direct supervision.
  • Must have a Nevada Driver’s License and a clean driving record, must show proof of insurance.
  • Must demonstrate ability to multi-task and appropriately prioritize tasks to meet designated timelines.
  • Run light errands. Able to lift 50 lbs. Able to stand, sit, walk for long period of time.
