Napalm Inside Sales Specialist:

We are seeking an Inside Sales Specialist to support our fast-growing sales team with experiences in a relevant field, such as sales, telemarketing and or lead generation. An excellent communicator who is comfortable cold calling and working with our customers and partners to facilitate and ensure a smooth sales process. This person will work extensively with our Sales Leads.

• Proactively call on and pitch accounts to set appointments and generate lead contacts

• Make 25 - 40 calls a day displaying great communication skills and a positive personality

• Make appointments on behalf of our sales leads for accounts that require further support

• Generate and manage excel sheets for all accounts in California, separated by region

• Outreach to retailers for sell-through data based on promos and marketing campaigns

• Facilitate dispensary, distributor, and partner support and order fulfillment daily using available resources and tools

• Handle account creation in systems of record for all customers, distributors, and partners

• Provide accounts reconciliation support (ie. invoices, payment submission) with retailers

• Ensure all new accounts uploaded to LeafLink

• Provide field support based on sales needs:

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years experience in a cannabis sales, telemarketing, and or lead generation role

• Cannabis industry sales experience is a plus

• Must have open or flexible availability. Usually working 2-3 days a week.

• Strong communication (verbal, written) and presentation skills

• Ability to work independently and a self-starter

• Computer savvy. Microsoft Excel and quick to adapt to new software platforms

Job Type:

• Full-time.

Job Compensation:

• $15 / hour plus commission
