The successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with TGOD Operations and Supply Chain teams in leading workshops, understanding their requirements, designing and presenting solutions, configuring SAP and completing the full software lifecycle Primary focus is on design, configuration and testing.</p><p><br /><br /><b>Responsibilities :</b></p><ul><li><br />The SAP Functional Lead facilitates the gathering of requirements, designing, implementing and supporting SAP Materials Management, Production Planning and Execution, Quality Management and understand the Finance/Controlling side of SAP to enhance the TGOD’s business functionality and overall performance, while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction.</li><li>Lead requirement discovery workshops</li><li>Design, configuration and testing of PP, MM, QM processes in Retail and Supply Chain manufacturing industry</li><li>Experience and knowledge of key integration points with FI/CO modules for SD, MM, PP modules</li><li>Responsible primarily for successful implementation of SAP Procurement, Production Planning and Execution, and Quality Management modules, including providing functional expertise, guidance, presentation, and instruction on SAP capabilities.</li><li>Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements and translate them to system requirements with ability to identify gaps, issues and work around solutions</li><li>Acts as liaison with TGOD stakeholders for troubleshooting: investigates, analyses, and solves software problems and maps client business requirements, processes and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs.</li></ul><p><b>Capabilities and Experience:</b></p><ul><li>Minimum 10 years of MM, PP and QM configuration experience</li><li>Experience and/or knowledge in most of the following: SD, IM, WM</li><li>Functional understanding and exposure in FICO</li><li>Preference for S4 HANA experience, ideally S4 HANA Cloud</li><li>Production planning processes, MRP, production execution, lot management, inventory and warehouse management, configuration etc.</li><li>Business knowledge and process design skills for manufacturing industry (ideally in Cannabis sector with preference for background in Pharma or Food Processing)</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communications, (French optional)</li><li>Ability to analyze problems and provide clear recommendations</li><li>Strong organizational skills</li><li>Strong communication and presentation skills</li><li>Bilingual (English/French) is preferred</li></ul><p></p><p><b><br />Travel Requirements:</b></p><ul><li>Will be required to travel to Ancaster, ON, location to support operation, as needed</li></ul></div></div></div></div></div></div>","company":{"companyType":"Public/Established","name":"The Green Organic Dutchman Holdings Ltd","logoUrl":"/logos/the-green-organic-dutchman-599eca40aa8300e7d1d33f32c0333066.jpeg"},"location":{"country":"Canada","address":"Mississauga, ON","city":"Mississauga","stateProvince":"ON"},"frontendLink":"/job-posting/the-green-organic-dutchman-holdings-ltd/sap-pp-pm-functional-lead/065bd1c43edd6b5cd7706cbfa469fc07","title":"SAP PP/PM Functional Lead","category":"Medical & Healthcare","hash":"065bd1c43edd6b5cd7706cbfa469fc07","postingUrl":"https://ca.indeed.com/job/sap-pppm-functional-lead-9b7a83cf00e33ad3"}]
