We are a cannabis retail store focused on education and exceptional customer service and we are located on the North Shore. We hire motivated, organized, customer-oriented problem-solvers with excellent communication and people skills. You are an expert in the field with advanced knowledge of cannabis and cannabis accessories. You can assist patrons in their needs and provide information about the product.

Cannabis Consultants Responsibilities:

· Assist all patrons visiting our store and advise depending on their needs, mood, and budget

· Respond to patron inquiries with comprehensive product knowledge

· Ensure a high level of customer interaction supported by your compassionate and confident service

· Professionally and courteously handle patron’s feedback, complaints, and concerns

· Process purchase payments in-store, by telephone, and online – cash, credit/debit

· Receive and process inventory

· Perform opening and closing procedures and complete daily reports

· Adhere to all safety and security protocols and follow all policies and guidelines

· Ensure the store is clean and merchandise is well-displayed

· Communicate to Management any issues, patron’s comments, and feedback

· Ensure a safe working area for all colleagues and patrons and follow COVID-19 procedures

· Other tasks as assigned by the Management

Skills and Qualifications:

· Minimum 19 years of age

· Must provide Selling It Right Certificate

· Have a positive, friendly, and energetic attitude

· Willing to learn and listen

· Have strong verbal and written communication skills

· Great attention to detail, able to multi-task, and work in a fast-paced environment

· Have 2+ years of experience in retail, sales, or customer service

· Knowledge of POS systems and previous experience in other legal cannabis stores are encouraged'
