We are looking to add a Director of Marketing and Communications to their growing team. This pivotal role will lead, develop and establish the overall marketing strategy. The ideal candidate will be an entrepreneurial spirit and have a successful track record of brand building.

  • Playing a pivotal role in establishing the strategic focus and pillars of the marketing strategy assisting with the development of brand positioning, narrative & story.

  • A minimum 3 years’ experience leading marketing initiatives, ideally within the retail industry.
  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent
  • A proven delivery of successful integrated brand campaigns and social media accounts and innovative, authentic & engaging content management & creation.
  • A track record of generating marketing initiatives and partnerships that result in meaningful business outcomes.
  • Experience in project management
  • The ability to translate data into effective strategy.
