Digital Marketing Coordinator

At ReCreation Marketing, we aim to be the reference in the Canadian cannabis accessory and alternative nicotine products. We take pride in building brands for the Canadian cannabis market and are anchored by the #1 rolling paper brand in the country, Zig-Zag. Our goal is to revitalize the Zig-Zag brand in Canada and build distribution in the dispensary channel.

We’re searching for a qualified and motivated digital marketing coordinator who shares the drive to find innovative ways to build lasting brands for adult consumers. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in website creation, digital marketing, and social media. The marketing coordinator must be an organized multitasker able to handle diverse projects at once and meet tight deadlines. Experience in the cannabis industry is an asset.

Responsibilities

E-Commerce

• Coordinate with brand team to understand essence, look and feel of the portfolio to facilitate the creation of new website functionality

• Configure and optimize email marketing strategy with key team members

• Draft briefs and coordinate product page creation

• Coordinate social media efforts and assist in implementing the social media strategy

• Support the team in evaluating and establishing the marketing plan and strategy by assembling and analyzing sales forecasts.

• Support customer care (customer service) team and operations team for technical issues and inventory management

• Support the e-commerce team in the implementation of the projects and strategy

• Plan and execute A/B testing and provide results

• Collaborate with e-commerce to implement the strategies and tactics of SEO, SEM, Web Development, CRM and customer service

• Complete quarterly competitive reviews and bring recommendations where applicable

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and ability required for this position.</p>Responsibilities:<p><b>What You'll Do:</b></p><ul><li>Participate in the planning, preparation, and execution of CCA activities with the VP of cultivation and Cultivation Manager to assess and complete projects related to all Central Coast Agricultural farming.</li><li>Inspect the plants regularly and identify horticultural tasks that need to be performed.
