You’ll create new and unique ways to engage the cannabis consumer without retreading typical marketing tactics. This role won’t be burdened by a traditional DTC approach – your goal is to find unique ways to engage the cannabis community, stick out in a crowded marketing space, and push forward Lantern’s overall marketing strategy by developing truly creative marketing initiatives. In addition, you’ll partner with concert venues, restaurants, local shops, street teams, and anywhere else the cannabis consumer might be to create high impact touch points through event-based marketing. You’ll spearhead Lantern’s event marketing strategy, from identifying key partners to ensuring the events go off without a hitch. You’ll identify how to measure success across initiatives, determining what drives the most value to Lantern. You’ll collaborate closely with the Design, Copy, and Product teams to execute your vision and you will be a key conduit to the cannabis community.
