The Key Account Manager is responsible for meeting and exceeding sales targets within their defined territory by maximizing sales within key accounts and uncovering new opportunities to drive market share. The successful applicant will be responsible for covering the Quebec and Atlantic provinces.

• Effectively lead industry and brand education sessions with key stakeholders

• Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain meaningful and valuable relationships that are favorable in supporting the annual operating plan

• Build and develop relationships with HCPs, health teams and allied health care professionals

• Planning / Self-Management:

• Execute territory annual plan and commitments

• Develop and present quarterly business reviews

• Manage own time including building effective weekly / monthly call schedules

• Maintain and accurately track annual sales and consumer budgets on time

• Effectively manage a budget to drive dollar and share growth according to brand strategy. Monitor and manage sales expenses within the allotted budget

• Generate new Sales leads, event leads and sponsorship opportunities

• Execute all programs within established guidelines

• Collaborate with the business partners in planning sales activities and setting sales goals for assigned territory.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS / ABILITIES

Experience / Education

• 3+ years experience in pharma, medical device or cannabis sales

• Previous success in growing brand awareness, within a given territory, using outside of the box thinking

• Clean drivers abstract

• Proven track record of working remotely and independently

Skills & Abilities

• Ideal candidate is fluently bilingual (English / French) - excellent oral and written skills.

• Candidate must be able and willing to travel as required based on territory needs.

• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Advanced level MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint

• Deadline oriented with strong ability to multi-task

• Superior communication skills (written & verbal)

• Ability to work in a team and independently with competing stakeholders

• Quick learner with superior attention to detail
