The **Manufacturing Supervisor** is responsible for assuring the proper planning, scheduling, production and compliance of cannabis products for sale. The Manufacturing Manager oversees a team to ensure that cannabis products leave the facility at a high quality standard while following facility policies, regulations and sanitary procedures.

• *Responsibilities:**

• Set up and supervisor daily tasks for Packaging and Post-Harvest staff

• Coordinate with Manufacturing Manager to determine production rates and coach team to regularly meet the rates

• Supervise all packaging and Post-Harvest activities on 2nd shift

• Ensure all packaging areas are clean and following biosecurity guidelines

• Enforce all AWH, local and state policies to maintain compliance

• Effectively communicates and gives an accurate shift summary so that 1st shift is updated daily

• Effectively communicate daily updates with management on a regular basis

• Demonstrate ability to run, disassemble, clean and reassemble equipment

• *Competencies:**

• Demonstrated success managing a team

• Knowledge or willingness to learn state specific cannabis laws and regulatory compliance

• Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint

• Must have the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines

• Must have excellent interpersonal skills as well as a friendly and outgoing personality

• Must possess excellent conflict resolution skills and ability to manage difficult or emotional situations

• Treats people with respect, keeps commitments, inspires the truth of others, works with integrity and ethically, upholds organizational values

• Observes and adheres to regulatory, safety and security procedures

• *Education, Experience, Eligibility and Training:**

• Must be 21 years of age or older

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and 1 – 3 years of customer service experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent is preferred

• Experience in production\/manufacturing setting is preferred
