About the Role

Dutchie is expanding our Hardware Operations team by adding a motivated, skilled, and resourceful operations manager to lead the function as we navigate our fast-growing business. The Hardware Operations team ensures that new customers have everything they need to fulfill online orders ahead of their first day on our platform, which includes a variety of hardware products and promotional materials. As the Hardware Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading the team's charter, managing the supply chain and relationships with suppliers, and ensuring that each order is fulfilled in a timely manner. This role requires quick problem solving, agility in the face of obstacles and moving targets, and above all, a desire to make each day better than the last.

What You'll Do...

  • Ensure key performance indicators and service levels are maintained at all times to minimize disruption to customers or customer-facing teams.
  • Oversee order fulfillment for a variety of hardware product lines, including assembly, testing, shipping, and returns.
  • Manage supply chain for hardware product lines, including forecasting, procurement, & negotiations.
  • Create and maintain relationships with a variety of suppliers and vendors to keep operations smooth, and mitigate costs where possible.
  • Collaborate closely with customer-facing teams to align processes, expectations, and overcome challenges.
  • Implement best practices for inventory management, quality control, and asset tracking.
  • Manage and mentor a growing team of associates and champion their career path throughout the organization.
