Cultivators are responsible for executing production plans in keeping with the Company’s operating procedures. Cultivators carry out the day-to-day assignments and tasks of the medical Cannabis production cycle including cloning and harvesting.

Cloning : Cutting and transplanting; watering; labeling; and inventory data input. Plant care during vegetative and flowering phase : trimming manipulating and staking;

big leafing and pruning; watering; plant monitoring; inventory data input.

Harvesting : Cutting plants; weighing and inventory data input into the electronic inventory tracking system. Operating and maintaining cultivation systems / equipment;

stocking and handling production inputs and supplies; sanitizing and cleaning growing rooms, cultivation workspaces and tools.

Packaging and Trimming may be needed during peak times.

Required Skills

• Must understand and implement the rules, regulations, policies, and procedures set forth by the state; a pursuit to further their understanding and knowledge of the industry and laws is appreciated and commendable

• Fundamental knowledge, as well as the ability to be taught and guided in areas related to harvesting, drying, trimming and curing

• Skill in analyzing potential problems with a plant or the product being processed

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

• Physical aptitude and health necessary to perform manual labor tasks required for the proper management of grow warehouse

• Must have accountability, proactive behavior and strong attention to detail

• Candidate must be at least 21 years of age

• Must pass any and all required pre-employment screenings

• Ability to stand, sit and kneel for up to 8 hours a day with the ability to lift heavy object

• Strong attention to details and excellent time-management skills

• Willingness to take direction

• Strong work ethic

• Must have reliable transportation

Desired Skills

• Four year college degree; 1-3 years horticultural experience or in a related field

• Experience working in a regulated cannabis cultivation facility

You will be responsible to ensure the organizations performance standards are met through various growing and plant health activities. This includes but is not limited to stock plant maintenance, cloning, irrigation, pest control, climate control and the scheduling of propagation.</p><p><b>MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:</b></p><p>• Work closely with WMMC leadership to cultivate high quality product as well as to ensure crop growth specifications are acceptable by meeting or exceeding the company’s goals, objectives, and KPIs.</p><p>• Communicate and escalate all issues with a crop and/or the production process to all the relevant parties as required.</p><p>• Recommend, perform and coordinate corrective actions such as the removal, isolation or destruction of plants.</p><p>• Monitor daily activities to determine opportunities for improvement in productivity, efficiency and quality.</p><p>• Along with the IPM team, coordinate timely &amp; effective pest &amp; disease control measures as required.</p><p>• Organize and coordinate with the Irrigation Team to ensure irrigation systems are running as intended, collect and interpret fertilizer concentrations. Work with Cultivation Science team to adjust fertilizer recipes.</p><p>• Responsible for scheduling crop cycles, plant maintenance, cloning, plugging, harvest and crop work.</p><p>• Ensure that the workplace is safe and clean. If so, we would love to meet you!</p><p>We’re looking for an ambitious and hard-working professional to join our Maintenance team in the role of Operations and Maintenance Technician!</p><p>Under the direction of the Site &amp; Facilities Manager, the Operations and Maintenance Technician is responsible for the efficient and safe operation and the maintenance of the physical plant and related building equipment and its controls software, in compliance with rules and regulations set out by the Technical Standards and Safety Authority (T.S.S.A.) as well as any other regulatory agencies or jurisdictions governing the operation of Natural Gas Cogeneration systems. While the incumbent is responsible for all functions in accordance with duties defined in this job description, the primary focus of this position will be the preventive and demand maintenance and operation of the Cogeneration Plant and the monitoring of the Building Automation Systems (BAS).</p><p>As a Operations and Maintenance Technician you will be…</p><p>• Shared responsibility for the daily operation and basic upkeep of our Natural Gas Generation Station and its surrounding areas</p><p>• Able to conduct preventative maintenance inspections and perform some basic maintenance of the CoGen stations</p><p>• Being available to answer issues after hours due a 24/7 operation</p><p>• Accountable for maintaining all applicable records, logs, reports as set out by both internal and external sources</p><p>• Shared responsibility for monitoring and reporting out on the BAS (Priva) daily</p><p>• Operating the BAS control systems to assist in the daily schedules of the facility and outside contractor groups as needed</p><p>• Ensures that any daily monitoring and/or problems are discovered before they become larger issues.
