Shift Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:30pm - 6am EST

Basic Metrc Duties:

  • Printing compliance labels
    • Familiarity with label information
    • Ability to detect errors and communicate issues to Supervisors
    • Ability to enter Batch ID (Dispensary name) and expiration date
  • Checking POs for manifesting
    • Ability to print and understand reports
    • Ability to read and understand PO
  • Manifesting
    • Logistics will be given to Lead by Supervisor
    • Manifests sent to PO Check for final check
  • Attaching printed manifests to POs in Order fulfillment area
    • Basic understanding of how OF functions
      • Staging, exterior packaging, reading Intacct reports

Basic coverage while Supervisors are off:

  • PWO creation
  • Task out
    • Understanding of delivery schedule and how PWOs relate
    • Prioritization of tasks based on PWO
  • Productivity
    • Understanding of expected times per task
    • Ability to motivate team

Work with material handler to acquire material:

  • Understanding of different lots and importance of separation
  • Understanding of inventory and why material must be returned in entirety

Flower and Lab Pack training:

  • Full understanding and ability of all packaging tasks

Vault Organization

  • Organization and maintaining of valut products and appropriate packaging

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to strict policies and procedure
  • Confident in tasks and abilities of all packaging tasks, or applicable experience in all Pack Room tasks
  • Works well with all peers
