We are looking for Sales Associates/Bud Tenders for a growing Cannabis Dispensary. Are you willing to come on board with a challenge and opportunity to fast track your career in Cannabis industry? What you will do:

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

· Effectively and efficient management of all store operations - Open, Close, and Operate the store as per operating procedures, and all AGCO and industry standards

· Maintain store compliance with all local, provincial, and federal regulations, organize and communicate all required reporting, paperwork, and province tracking system recording

· Create and provide guest-centered environment

· Actively look for ways to improve performance and guest service standards

· Share Best Practices with colleagues and to increase performance levels and guest satisfaction

· Manage store inventory, variance, and decrease

· Accurately and efficiently maintain assigned records, company funds and property in accordance with Company and Government policies, procedures, and regulations

· Maintain a working knowledge of all statutory regulations affecting health and safety, and ensure that any safety hazards are identified and rectified

· Understand and effectively follow all Royal Leafs values, policies, and procedures

· Understand and effectively follow all Government regulations, policies, and procedures

Key Requirements:

The ideal candidate will:

· Have passion for the cannabis industry and be knowledgeable with regards to cannabis products and the cannabis retail landscape

· A refined sales acumen that allows you to identify opportunities in the shop and can navigate the sales process to create new value

· Must have - Cannsell

· Post-Secondary education, in business and/or hospitality preferred

· Ability to analyze and interpret the needs of customers and offer the appropriate options, solutions, and resolutions required

· Exceptional conflict resolution, negotiation, and objection handling skills

· Strong interpersonal skills

· Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing

· Ability to coordinate, organize, and conduct meetings and training

· Required to work flexible hours inclusive of evenings and weekends

· Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, POS, and technology, systems, and products

· Pre-employment satisfactory Criminal Record Check

· Pre-employment satisfactory Comprehensive Background Check

Working Conditions:

· Standing for extended periods of time

· Manual skill required to use desktop computer and peripherals

· Extended hours as required

· Always fit for duty while on shift

· Work on site

Compensation:
