We are looking for a dispensary lead to join our team in Sarasota!

Key Responsibilities:

Create an environment of “Patients First” focusing on excellent patient interaction

Recognize and appropriately respond to the patients with ease and compassion

Maintain the highest level of confidentiality with patient information and interactions

Multi-task, think critically and work quickly to resolve problems as they arise

Create and execute patient orders based on physician recommendations and accurately deduct the amount from the Office of Medical Marijuana Use Registry (OMMUR)

Keep current with company policies and procedures

Responsible for either opening or closing of dispensary (key holder)

Balance cash and product inventory as part of daily closing procedure

Observing and participating in patient services during consultation and sale

Maintain accountability of all team members, in relation to specific job description

Other duties as assigned by Manager

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent

Must be at least 21 years of age

Recent and relevant hospitality and/or retail experience required

Must have reliable transportation

2+ year customer service

Strong customer service skills

Must possess a positive and professional attitude

Ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies and systems

Minimum

Qualifications:

Experience in hospitality service and/or high-volume retail environment

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required

1 – 3 years in a retail environment managing a team

Knowledge of local and state laws and regulations pertaining to medical marijuana, a plus

Experience working with Excel, POS, and inventory management control systems

Strong interpersonal skills

Must be 21 years of age or older.

Must successfully pass an extensive background check, including CORI

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

Ability to work a minimum of 8 hours a day and rotating shifts;

Flexible schedule availability including nights, weekends and holidays;

Ability to lift, push, and pull 50 pounds;

Ability to sit, squat, bend, and kneel repetitively throughout a workday;

Ability to stand for extended periods of time;

Ability and willingness to work in the following conditions:

General office environment;

Extended computer usage;

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing members of the Quality Assurance team at our River - Bradford facility.</p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><p>• Support Quality Assurance Supervisor by providing Quality leadership on the off shift</p><p>• Liaise with Quality Assurance Supervisor daily to gather/provide cross-over information</p><p>• Provide team with clear direction daily on task priorities and other updates</p><p>• Provide training, coaching and support to the off-shift team</p><p>• Maintain knowledge of current processes by performing hands-on activities daily; including but not limited to sampling, in-process testing and auditing</p><p>• Provide feedback to Quality Assurance Supervisor on team productivity or pain points to ensure all duties and tasks can be performed efficiently and effectively</p><p>• Promote positive working relationships and the resolution of conflicts with Supervisor</p><p>• Support Quality Assurance Supervisor in goal development and measurement</p><p>• Reinforce goal attainment with the team, ensuring goals are understood and can be met</p><p>• Understand, enforce and follow all relevant Standard Operating Procedures</p><p>• Ensure alignment with QA group to ensure that facility SOPs are being followed in a consistent manner.</p><p>• Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve safety, product quality or productivity</p><p>• Collaborate with Quality Assurance Supervisor on coverage for planned or unplanned absences</p><p>• Coordinate with other leads cross shift</p><p>• Ensure that the workplace is safe and clean. The Inventory Lead is responsible for providing supervisory support to the Assistant Inventory Manager, including assigning daily division of duties and resolving issues. Inventory Leads must model the way regarding Insa policies, procedures, and cannabis regulations.</p><p>Responsibilities &amp; Duties</p><p>• Manages the secure and compliant receipt and transfer of cannabis product in and out of the vault</p><p>• Serves as a backup in Assistant Inventory Manager’s absence to perform investigation of variances and prepare report of findings for resolution and prevention of recurrence</p><p>• Has permissions to make inventory adjustments for cylce count variances only</p><p>• Conducts waste conversions through METRC</p><p>• Ensures compliant receipt of wholesale deliveries by verifying manifest accuracy and coordinating with Asset Protection regarding delivery schedule</p><p>• Maintains accurate virtual inventory in METRC and LeafLogix</p><p>• Supervises Inventory team by ensuring team is on task and maintaining compliance with Company SOPs and CCC regulations</p><p>• Performs retail order fulfillment within the vault</p><p>• Coordinates closely with Retail to ensure accuracy of item availability</p><p>• Maintains website compliance and proper testing input</p><p>Qualifications &amp; Skills</p><p>• Must be at least 21 years of age</p><p>• High school diploma or GED required</p><p>• At least 1 year of inventory management experience required</p><p>• At least 1 year of leadership experience required</p><p>• Basic database management experience required, including data entry and data reconciliation</p><p>• Basic math skills including adding and subtraction required</p><p>• Proficiency with Excel required</p><p>• Must have a reliable personal vehicle</p><p><b>Competencies</b></p><p>Attention to Detail – Ability to perform accurate transactions and maintain compliance with complex regulations</p><p>Inventory Management – Ability to investigate and resolve discrepancies to ensure reconciliation of physical and virtual inventory within multiple platforms</p><p>Management Effectiveness – Ability to supervise and direct people and resources to meet department goals.
