  • Members of the Trim Squad will be responsible for trimming cannabis plants in an effective manner while also meeting a series of trimming objectives for their shift.
  • Trim cannabis plants into sellable product, minimizing waste while also meeting production/quality goals.
  • Work both independently and as a part of a team to hit not only personal goals but also team goals.
  • Learn and apply different trimming techniques based upon the unique properties of each plant; applying either a dry, wet or hand-trimming technique as appropriate.
  • Effectively manage personal time to ensure optimal productivity.
  • Help newer employees learn different trimming styles and processes.
  • Identify and communicate issues with plants to Trim Manager, as needed.
  • Minimize waste created through the trimming process.
  • Accept regular feedback and quickly implement new strategies and processes as directed.
  • Maintain a neat, clean and tidy workspace.
  • Support other departments including cure, grow and trim as needed; training will be provided.
  • Fulfill other duties as assigned, according to the needs of the business.

The Cultivation Technician will care for vegetative and flowering plants. Detailed recordkeeping and strict adherence to the company’s operating procedures and compliance with the state regulations are essential for this position.</p><p>Accountabilities:</p><ul><li>Oversee flower rooms and maintain plant health through daily check-ins, evaluation of plant health and happiness, spot watering of plants, canopy management, and making adjustments to room environment or grow process with input from the Cultivation manager.</li></ul><ul><li>Monitor and maintain irrigation system including nutrient mixing, monitoring of nutrient EC, pH, and temperature, and adjusting auto irrigation cycle.</li></ul><ul><li>Communicate with support teams and management continuously regarding plant happiness, pest outbreaks, and equipment issues (irrigation, tables, lights, etc.)</li></ul><ul><li>Monitor temperature, humidity, and CO2 levels daily according to company standards and make adjustments as needed.</li></ul><ul><li>Support other grow team members throughout the grow as needed, including spraying for pest management, supporting colleagues in other grow rooms, or supporting outside of grow rooms</li></ul><ul><li>Timely completion of work per schedule and strive to increase productivity through coordinated workflow and process improvement recommendations</li></ul><p>· Ensure accurate plant inventory including strain names per tray and count of plants · Keep documented logs and notes of room metrics and plant care actions for company records</p><ul><li>Analyze data of current and past grow cycles to continuously improve our grow processes and standards</li></ul><ul><li>Maintain clean grow rooms and workspaces at all times by regularly sanitizing tools, equipment, and grow rooms to ensure sanitary practices and to keep pests away</li></ul><ul><li>Use PPE as required: gloves, lab coat, tinted eye protection</li></ul><ul><li>Perform all other duties as necessary and any additional duties assigned by the Cultivation Manager</li></ul><p>Principle Duties and Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Maintain a positive safety culture ensuring safety of employees and visitors at all times.
