About The Role:

The Integrated Pest Management Applicator Tech is responsible for executing the implementation of the
integrated pest management programs in the field, greenhouses, and other controlled environments. This
person will apply fertilizers and pesticides as needed by the IPM program as well as implement other
practices to mitigate plant pests and pathogens; apply new pest elimination tools and capture devices as
needed to sustain and improve pest management.

  • Responsible for inspection, identification and management of pests/pathogens in greenhouse and
outdoor growing areas or controlled environments
  • Assists in the operation and maintenance of all agricultural equipment related to Integrated Pest
Management
  • Assist in the improvement of existing pest control programs to reduce overall plant damage and
disposalsOther duties as assigned
  • Shifts will vary all hours of the day, including early morning and late evening start times.
