Enerhealth Botanicals is a growing health food, dietary supplement and industrial hemp company located in Longmont. We are looking to add an additional person to our lab team!

As a Lab Manager, you will be supervising daily operations and lab personnel, maintain a database of legal compliance, FDA compliance, oversight of herbs, raw materials and production supplies, product development, manufacturing and support, quality control of finished product, staff support, oversee cost analysis and production costs.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Guides, directs & reviews daily operations to maintain quality and efficiency

· Provide guidance in the distribution of workload

· Ensure all documentation is up to date and FDA compliant

· Ensure all QC procedures are being met

· Manage projects, prioritize and multi-task

· Maintain SOP’s

· Overall organization, housekeeping, and maintenance

Skills:

· Must be willing to be a hands-on Supervisor

· Ability to interact constructively with co-workers

· Meticulous, organized, analytical and detail-oriented

· Excellent time management skills

· Be creative with limited resources

· Think outside the box and solve problems

· Self-driven Leader

Pay Range is $43,000 - $45,000 dependent on applicant’s relevant experience.
