Ideal candidates should possess the following skills:

-2 years + laboratory experiance

-Experience in a high-throughput laboratory

-Strong attention to detail-Degree in chemistry, microbiology, or related discipline

-Ability to troubleshoot, problem solve, and improvise

-Proficiency with data entry and computer applications
