EXHIBIT A: Assistant Manager Position at Brightwok Kitchen

POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for working with the General Manager to oversee the operation of the restaurant including overseeing the quality of each and every shift, employee issues, customer service, cost controls, assist with scheduling, ordering, prep lists, equipment/premises maintenance, sanitation, training, hiring, firing, team culture, shop maintenance and cleanliness, and employee performance reviews for the restaurant. 一 Complete tasks and projects by continual prioritization and time management. At times, back office work may be needed to be completed outside of the restaurant.

一 Create appropriate atmosphere including lighting, music, and temperature levels.

一 Address all customer complaints and problems, and respond to their needs with courtesy, tact, patience and good judgment.

一 Oversee and be responsible for all financial aspects of the store including submitting accurate payroll reports/timesheets, conducting monthly inventory counts and COGS analysis, organizing and entering vendor invoices, and ensure all vendor deliveries are checked in and reviewed properly before accepting any products.

一 Track high cost items according to standard operating procedure.

一 Be proficient at ordering appropriate restaurant food and beverage, packaging, supplies to be prepared and stocked appropriately for projected volume. Be proficient at checking in, signing off, and storing all orders according to BWK set zones .

一 Comply with all safety guidelines and procedures.

一 Identify new ways to grow our business and reduce our costs.

一 Become proficient in the use of all restaurant computer equipment including the Point of Sale system, brandibble backend system, operational excel models on the BWK Leadership Intranet, etc.

一 Communicate professionally, effectively and clearly with all employees, managers, partners, corporate staff and guests.

一 Maintain a positive, pleasant attitude every shift. Arrive to work on time and ensure the restaurant is in proper condition upon leaving.

一 Accept direction and constructive criticism from other ownership. Provide direction and constructive feedback to supervisors and all BWK team members.

一 Perform calmly and effectively in an extremely busy and stressful work environment.

一 Be able to work a variety of hours, days and shifts including weekends and increased work schedules.

一 Manage tardiness and call offs by holding team members accountable to our policies by properly providing verbal, written, and final warnings. Find replacements and ensure each shift is properly staffed when tardiness and call offs occur. If a position of Crew Member, Prepper, Dishing Washing, Shift Lead is needed, be able to cover.

一 Take initiative to lead new projects that will improve BWK’s hospitality, operations, team culture, etc.

一 Provide receipts for all purchases you make with your BWK credit card.

一 Coordinate training for all team members and supervisors to be able to grow and learn new parts of our business.

一 Help introduce new items into the menu by properly training team members how to serve, how to talk to guests about the item, and how to collect feedback on the item.

一 Will not work under the influence of alcohol, cannabis, or any illegal drugs.

一 May not conduct any violence, discriminatory or harassing behavior.
