Pacific Manufacturing and Design is looking to hire a Kitchen Manager to lead staff and oversee the production of chocolate and gummy products. Monday through Friday, with optional weekend shifts.

The ideal candidate for this position will:

  • Have Kitchen Lead or Manager experience (required)
  • Thrive in a high stress, high pressure kitchen environment
  • Follow complex recipes (confections)
  • Excellent decision making skills
  • Ability to prioritize projects based on limited data
  • Track and manage inventory or ingredients and supplies
  • Have prior experience in gummy and/or chocolate production (preferred)
  • Have knowledge of CDPH guidelines, proper food storage
  • Have up-to-date Food Handler’s Certification
  • Multi-task and handle high-intensity situations with deadlines

Previous management experience is required.

Previous experience in a CBD or cannabis facility (preferred).

$50 to $60k salary, plus bonus, depending on experience.
