This position is for our Kitchen Manager. We are looking for someone that can run a small kitchen with 2-3 helpers. We would like to create a consistent menu with a weekly "Chef Special" based on our successful entrees from the past. You would be responsible for keeping inventory, keeping waste to a minimum, shopping for the food (we do not have a commercial account set up yet, but we plan to once it makes sense), creating weekly specials, maintaining food consistency, keeping the kitchen up to code, maintaining cleanliness of the entire kitchen space.

Must have ServSafe Management Certificate.

We offer food for events on the farm throughout the week as needed and dinner on Friday and Saturday on a weekly basis. We are getting more customers every week and are looking to grow into a full size kitchen in the near future. Performs training for all Cultivation Technician staff.</p><p><b>What You Will Do</b></p><p>• Perform all tasks in the indoor harvest grow</p><p>• Mother plant maintenance, cloning, transplanting, nutrients and pH management, water management, positive airflow, temperature and humidity control, pest and disease control, IPM program implementation, plant transfer from veg to flowering.</p><p>• Manage plant scheduling and organization to precisely project all plant needs on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to produce the best results for maximum plant yield.</p><p>• Cataloguing and maintaining organization of plants, tags, and pruning biomass</p><p>• Knowledge of pest and disease control management a plus.</p><p>• Maintain and follow the cultivation department policies and procedures.</p><p>• Wash and sanitize all equipment.
