Reports To: General Manager Position Level: 3 Scope of Position : The Kitchen Manager is responsible for the order details of client requests, including all aspects of the infusion of cannabis derivatives, including the creation of a variety of cannabis related edibles, that are safe, potent and effective to meet the needs of the clients and the medical cannabis patients of New Mexico. Success in this position will be based on the candidate obtaining mastery over document control, delegation of Human Resources, and the institution and development of Kitchen procedures to include; safety, efficiency, cost savings, flavor, cleanliness, chemistry, production, record keeping, and packaging of all items produced.Merit in this position will also be given to all innovations, systems tracking, research and development, and innovations the candidate can/will introduce into the system. This position includes personnel management, including oversight of the kitchen and production employees for personnel matters, including attendance, employee time-off requests, disciplinary action, and performance reviews. Qualifications : - High School Diploma or Equivalent, culinary certification preferred. - 1 Years commercial bakery experience. - Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask. - Excellent Communication Skills, written and verbal - Reliable Transportation - Ability to pass state and federal background checks - Professional mannerisms and attire as dictated by company policy - Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office. - Maintaining a current Food Safety Certification. - Provide a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the company. Kitchen Manager is responsible for navigating day to day operations producing products infused with various Cannabis derived oils. Ensure motivation and retention of a high-performance farm cultivation team.</p><p>- Demonstrate a leadership style that perpetuates the vision of GRIP.</p><p><b>Requirements:</b></p><p>- Minimum 3 years of growing experience at cannabis farms and indoor grows; or related industry such as horticulture or agriculture</p><p>- Minimum 3 years of experience of proven ability to build high performance teams, lead cross-functionality, and develop employees.</p><p>- Knowledge of plants, diseases, insects, and fungi, as well as plant treatment options</p><p>- Strong collaborative skills with proven ability to drive change and leadership ownership/accountability.</p><p>- Ability to provide leadership, performance results, organizational development, and operational improvement.</p><p>- Metrc experience</p><p>- Able to lift up to 30 lbs.</p><p>- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.</p><p><b>Preferred Qualifications:</b></p><p>- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture or relevant work experience.</p><p>Job Details</p><p>- $50,000-100,000 salary based on experience.
