Job Description:

We are looking for responsible and trustworthy individuals to join our team! Reporting to the Store Manager - the budtenders job focuses on creating the best possible experience for the customer. You understand customer service and ask great questions to uncover customer intentions offering a personalized shopping experience & creating authentic relationships with our customers. We are looking for individuals who have a passion for learning and are eager to learn more about the products in this developing market, and who can encompass our brand both inside and outside of the store. Budtenders are curious, responsible, good people who ensure the success of the business by imparting cannabis wisdom and achieving sales goals. Budtenders must exude a professional, positive and welcoming attitude at all times.

Key Holder responsibilities include opening and closing the store including all preparation & counting cash. Shifts will be focused around store opening and closing hours. Must be available evenings & weekends.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 19 years old
  • Able to lift boxes 5-30lbs
  • CannSell certification required (must be obtained prior to work commencement)
  • Criminal Background check required
  • Competently checking IDs from every customer 30 and under
  • Minimum 1-3 years customer service experience preferable in a retail setting
  • Proven ability to drive positive customer experience that builds loyalty and deliver measurable results.
  • Demonstrate a high level of integrity and responsibility, adhering to all AGCO regulatory requirements and company policies
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Passionate about the cannabis industry with a desire to learn
  • Professional, tidy appearance and good personal hygiene
