POSITION SUMMARY:

Forian is seeking a senior leader to help craft a product strategy that will further propel the commercial success of our life sciences and healthcare segments. This position will work closely with the Chief Product Officer as well as stakeholders across our life sciences, healthcare, and RWE businesses to identify key market opportunities and establish a clear product roadmap to address. Candidates must be able to align initiatives to strategic priorities, have exceptional organizational and interpersonal communication skills, and a proven ability to both develop and deliver upon go to market plans.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Executive Director must be able to adeptly represent Forian Product Management with both internal and external stakeholders. S/he must have deep domain knowledge in life sciences, experience in building market landscape reviews, and the ability to sift through data to deliver build versus buy assessments. Candidates must be able to span strategic and executive level work while also remaining willing and able to serve as an individual contributor as needed. Finally, candidates must partner closely with the sales and data science teams to gain a deep understanding of the intersection of client demands and Forian data capabilities – all with the intent of proposing commercial products that will delight our customers while growing our revenue.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Corporate Governance will play an integral role in the filings, reporting, and disclosures of Ascend Wellness Holdings, Inc., a newly publicly traded company.</p><p>They will be primarily responsible for managing the Company's public reporting obligations (primarily arising under the Securities and Exchange Act of 1934) but will also assist on financing transactions and day-to-day legal operations.</p><p><b>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</b></p><p>• Drafting, reviewing, advising on and submitting public filings and other public disclosures, including periodic reports on Form 10-K and 10-Q, proxy statements, registration statements, Section 16 beneficial ownership reports Current Reports on Form 8-K, and earnings press releases and presentations.</p><p>• Advising on compliance with listing standards and handling exchange submissions</p><p>• Leading various general corporate matters, including organizing the annual meeting of stockholders and related proxy voting and stockholder delivery and access mechanics, and assisting with the company's D&amp;O insurance program</p><p>• Advising on mergers &amp; acquisition transactions</p><p>• Drafting and negotiating commercial agreements</p><p>• Developing and implementing policies, practices and critical initiatives across all teams</p><p>• Supporting other members of the team with the quarterly earnings process, periodic reports, compliance with Regulation FD, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and other related matters</p><p>• Providing such other assistance and support as may be required from time to time in areas outside of those specified above</p><p><b>EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, ELIGIBILITY and TRAINING:</b></p><p>• Admitted to practice law in New York State and in good standing; or qualified to promptly register as in-house counsel in New York State (other state admissions will be considered)</p><p>• 5+ years' experience and proven success advising clients at a major law firm and/or in an in-house position.</p><p>• Juris Doctor Degree required</p><p>• Experience in executive compensation disclosures highly valuable;
