We have a not so secret sauce in the form of our cultivation system which is a collage of the best available methods rooted in Korean Natural Farming, JADAM, and Soil Food Web schools of regenerative organic cultivation. One of our primary focuses is to cultivate a healthy, fungally dominant living soil we can cycle hemp plants in and out of.

Seed to sale vertically integrated business model where we grow, harvest, press flower into rosin, blend rosin into retail products from tinctures to lotions and edibles. As our network grows-and we plan to focus on \"growing growers\"-we will be able to proliferate the specialization of each grow site with another, tangential revenue stream from an ever-growing menu of options we could package and present in a simplified and approachable digital form. A network of farms united in our brand and CBD hemp, but expanding into various \"organics\" and \"permaculture\" themed areas such as worm farming and aquaponics.
We're at the near finish line of proving our concept with this cultivation model and anticipate harvesting and beginning our processing very soon.

We seek to integrate modern technology into the design of our production and processing network, and know we would benefit from getting hierarchically minded team members involved early on in the design of our network.
As co-founder and CEO, I grew up very familiar with computers and technology thanks to my father switching careers from English Teacher to Software Engineer in the late 90s. I plan to focus heavily on integrating the efficiency of technology into our operations at a number of levels. We could be tracking environmental data of each of our grow sites and accumulating data to use for future projections and to increase the overall general collective knowledge of our team. We could really use somebody to focus specifically on the accumulation, analysis, and presentation of information for our growers.
