The practice is growing rapidly and we're looking for Geriatric Nurse Practitioners to provide home-based primary care services (i.e., house calls) to Medicare and Medicaid beneficiaries in Frederick County and surrounding areas.

Ten or more years of overall experience as CRNP, 5 years caring for elderly patients. Prefer experience with LTC, SNF, and post-acute rehab. Maryland license required (CDS & DEA preferred). You provide malpractice insurance to start, negotiable after the first year.
