Sales Manager Cannabis

The ideal candidate for the role of Sales Manager for Weekenders Cannabis is motivated, well-organized, and has experience selling cannabis products in the California market. Preferably the candidate has existing relationships with dispensaries and a proven track record of opening new accounts. We are looking for candidates for all territories in California.


Responsibilities:


- Prospect new accounts by using Pistil software, competitive analysis, and industry relationships

- Set up meetings with dispensary purchasing managers

- Coordinate sample product drop off to local retailers using our distribution partner

- Follow up with potential and existing clients on a regular basis

- Document client progress through internal sales reporting system HUB Spot.

- Meet monthly sales quotas and KPIs

- Weekly progress calls with the sales team and CEO

- Have expert-level knowledge of our products and be able to clearly communicate product benefits


Requirements:


-3-5 years of experience in outside sales

-Ideally 1-2+ years of experience in the cannabis


Compensation: $45K-$70k+
