Who We’re Looking For :
A self-starter someone who is proactive in identifying potential roadblocks, a great listener, and one who thrives under pressure in a fast-paced environment while juggling multiple personas and prioritizing competing tasks and deadlines to deliver on aggressive timelines .
As a Product Manager, Talent Tools, you will lead one of Vangst’s core product teams, working side by side with engineering counterparts to collaborate on, design, and deliver new functionality for our platform.
You will lean on your technical product management experience to bring stability, accuracy, and a new vision to one of our most crucial value propositions - tooling to help candidates break into and level-up their career opportunities in the cannabis industry.

What You’ll Accomplish :
• Design and execute product roadmap based on user interaction, requests, competitive research, and feature value vs. time to complete.
• Play a critical role in delivering products that provide proper interoperability with partners, tooling for members and job seekers in cannabis, Vangst marketing and community teams, customer success teams, and reporting to financial controls teams.
• Proactively coordinate and gain alignment amongst company stakeholders, technical leaders, and other product managers, communicating product roadmap and go-to-market plans.
• Drive product initiatives and lead geographically distributed cross-functional teams.
• Set and clearly communicate development objectives, needs, and status of projects to internal stakeholders and customers.
• Act as a Domain Expert for the product to conduct live customer training sessions and provide internal knowledge transfer and support.
Requirements :
• 5+ years of relevant experience in Product Management or related discipline.
• Demonstrated ability to work on technical products while closely collaborating with other product, engineering, and cross-functional company leaders.
• Experience integrating with and / or driving creation of APIs, as well as processes that step through multiple platforms.
• Demonstrated experience in the B2C space, launching successful products that delight users, fostering growth across acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Someone who can quickly iterate based on industry trends and the competitive landscape.
What Will Make You Stand Out :
• Experience defining, developing, driving growth models. (Reforge alum a huge plus!)
