Project ManagerDescriptionPMO ManagerDepartment: ITLocation: Remote Reports to: Executive Director, Enterprise Application ROLE SUMMARY:Tremendous opportunity to build project management processes and lead projects at a company on an explosive growth path with modern, cloud-based IT applications. As an IT Enterprise Application PMO Manager, you will help establish how projects are planned, run and reported on across the enterprise and manage key projects.You will work closely with IT and business leadership in establishing project management practices and managing critical projects to provide the appropriate structure and visibility to our IT projects and portfolio at Trulieve.KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESManage IT projects, including scoping, plan creation, estimating, status reporting and risk managementManage team of project managers, creating collaborative, productive teamLead the establishment of project management principles and standards for IT, including template creation for project charter, project plans, budget and status reportingAssist with establishing PMO standards and processes, including portfolio reporting, resource balancing and prioritization processesLead Sprint planning, tracking and Sprint retrospectivesCreate, manage and report on IT project roadmapPlan, lead and coordinate cross-functional team activities to manage and implement projects from initiation to final operational stage, including contingency planningManage communications of key project milestones, risks and releases with internal stakeholdersEnsure compliance with company policies for governmental and local laws and regulationsDeliver projects with awareness of IT compliance requirements for Sarbanes-OxleyWork with change management and training resources to ensure employees impacted by projects are ready and will adopt changes introducedBuild relationships and liaise with key stakeholders to develop partnership and synergies between IT and business functionsDevelop thorough understanding of the Trulieve business to apply business knowledge/strategy to our prioritization and project approachAssist with building team as business growsAssist with vendor management, including vendor selection, SOW creation and budget trackingLimited domestic travel possibleReports to the Director of Enterprise ApplicationsSKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS8 years of experience with a proven track record of IT project managementAbility and desire to thrive in a high pressure environmentExperience creating project management and PMO artifacts such as Project Plans, Project Budgets, Executive Briefs, Portfolio Roadmaps and other related documentationVery strong written and verbal communication skills from both an IT and business perspectiveRock solid organizational skillsSelf-motivated, continuous improvement mindset and can work with minimal directionExperience in an Agile Scrum environmentProactive personality who will drive results with strong customer service focusExperience with SAP and Magento preferredADDITIONAL MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSMust be able to pass a level 2 background checkEqual Opportunity Employer l Trulieve Supports a Drug Free WorkplacePosition RequirementsFull-Time/Part-TimeFull-Time Shift -not applicable- Level 2 Background check requiredPositionProject Manager DivisionTrulieve, INC Close DatePost Internal Days0 Number of Openings1 Number Filled0 Exempt/Non-ExemptExempt Req NumberINF-21-00080 Open Date12/13/2021 LocationFlorida EOE StatementWe are an equal employment opportunity employer.
