We are currently looking to hire Greenhouse workers for our client, a large cannabis facility in Strathroy; 20 minutes West of London
SHIFTS:
Day shifts
Mondays- Friday
7am- 4pm
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Must be over 19 years of age
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check (must be 100% clear and the check will be run prior to starting)
• OWN TRANSPORTATION
• Need to be a huge team player – willing to work wherever you are needed!
• Need to be reliable
• Must be detailed oriented
• Must be able to work independently to help the team accomplish deadlines.
• Need to be able to work in a face paced environment with accuracy
JOB DUTIES
• Working in the grow rooms; pruning and harvesting plants
RATE OF PAY $17.00/hr plus 4% vacation with great pay increases and benefits once hired on!

Thinking that this was enough, he decided to reintroduce quality in the industry.
He didn't know it at the time - but that quality standard later became PQAP (People Store Quality Assurance Program).
With the encouragement of a close friend and already successful entrepreneur, Frank Cianciulli, John decided to go it alone and create a new kind of recruiting firm.
In 2003, John designed his business plan and started the business from his kitchen table.
