Flex Warehouse Associate
Nabis is seeking a flexible General Warehouse Associate to assist the Operation Management team with daily functions that will support logistics in many facets. This individual will be trained cross-functionally on all aspects of the Nabis Operation. The ideal candidate will be punctual, detail-oriented, trustworthy and willing to flex into a new role at any given moment. Including, but not limited to driving, warehouse organization, product counts, dispatch assistance, and product intake. This role can range from part time to full time, with shifts typically spanning about 8 hours per day. Some weekend and holiday shifts may be required.
Multi-functional Role Outlined as such:
Assist in loading and unloading product into vans
Picking and packing orders
Verifying and preparing orders
Product intake assistance
Warehouse organization
Paperwork, printing, labeling - METRC & Dispatch
Inventory cycle counts
Occasional communication with brands/clients
Possible driving routes when needed
General assistance of Operations Managers
Requirements:
Associates degree OR 2 years relevant work experience
Ability to lift 50 lbs., bend, stretch, and twist
Ability to pass pre-employment background check
Ability to work occasional evening/weekend shifts
Cannabis experience a plus
Clean driving record
Basic math skills
Must be at least 21 years of age or older
