About the Role As Senior Business Analyst, Wholesale, you will support the Account Development team by providing them with professional, standardized, branded reports and dashboards. You will work closely with the Data Science and Customer Insights teams to prepare reports, dashboards and presentations to evaluate business KPIs. You will work closely with your manager to analyse processes, recommend best practices, and implement standardization improvement initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to bring your excellent data analysis skills and your passion for customer service together to create sophisticated, professional reporting and tools for our Customer Care & Experience team. About Your Day• Prepare weekly/monthly/quarterly reports and dashboards for business KPIs • Build presentations or dashboard reports for use within the Customer Care & Experience department, that will help the team create strategic and tactical plans for improvement initiatives• Anticipate needs of teammates to deliver an enhanced level of support. Consistently look for ways to improve the customer/client experience.• Work closely with teammates and leaders to ensure that they thoroughly understand the data/metrics/trends in the presentations/decks/reports you create, so they can create effective solutions for their teams/clients. • Create standardization of reporting and consistency of measurement, then transform data and insights into compelling ‘stories’ and decks for leaders/clients. • Enhance reporting tools for retail store partners (Retail Data Program): o Create and maintain user access for external reporting (Retail Data Program) o Continually improve based on user feedback. Capture sales and inventory KPIs with intuitive visual presentation.• Create reporting for: o Wholesale: Sophisticated standardized reporting for corporate/franchise and independent stores provided to the Account Development team on schedule Customized special reports for retailers, upon request• Partner with the Creative/Marketing team, to ensure all materials produced are branded and have the correct tone/design of OCS. • Review trends or service issues and develop continuous improvement solutions.About You • Post-Secondary education in Data Analytics or related field of study. • 3+ years of analytics experience including database management and BI tools such as PowerBI, Tableau.• Experience with marketing, retail or wholesale analytics would be a strong asset• Excellent relationship building skills, written and oral communication skills• Advanced Excel skills, intermediate level skills with other MS Office programs such as Outlook, Word and PowerPoint.About the Job City: Toronto, Ontario Employment Type: Permanent Full Time Required travel: RareApplication Deadline: April 20, 2021 at 11:59pm.We are committed to providing an accessible, equitable and inclusive candidate and employee experience.
