MHR Brands is looking for a service-oriented Customer Service Representative. This role’s main duty is to deliver exceptional service to our customers over the phone, on live chat and through email.

Build relationships with our customers through live chat, email, and primarily phone communication.
Activate our network by making over 25 outbound calls daily and convert current customers into raving fans!
Actively engage in daily training with the team – we’re committed to seeing you grow professionally!
Work in conjunction with the rest of the team to meet daily KPIs and monthly/quarterly company targets.
Learn our products and offerings inside and out to best serve our customers.
Create and maintain positive relationships with our customers, team members, and business partners.
Able to multi-task effectively – comfortable handling multiple things at once.
Excited to adapt to changes in work environment and industry – we’re a small business in a big industry and things can change rapidly. Our team members may jump into other departments at times to help!
Reliable, dedicated, and able to commit to a core schedule of Monday – Friday, 8:30am to 5pm.
Critical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills.
Able to handle customer complaints and frustrations with grace and compassion.

Take care of customers at our retail locations (currently curbside only.)
Education & Experience:
High School Diploma or GED
Experience with ERP / CRM systems a plus
Prolonged periods sitting or standing at a desk and working on a computer.
Some Travel may be required for training and industry events.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 - $17.00 per hour
We are also doing curbside pick up at this time at our retail location.
