Our Positioning - Higher Living Our Mission - To Let The Normal Human Unlock Extraordinary Our Vision - To Simplify Your Path To Wellness Responsibilities: • Oversees and drives CannMart/CannMart Labs facility initiatives and projects • Oversees and coordinates all new product launches, including co-manufactured products • Manages projects throughout all stages - including directing resources, sub-trades, scheduling and budget forecasts • Establishes safe work practices and procedures within each project plan and execution • Provides regular updates and recommendations on the project status, including milestones achieved, mitigation plans for identified risks, and changes in project scope and/or financials • Enforces compliance with internal and external regulatory bodies, including Health Canada • Prepares project work plans and schedules, and obtain management/client approval • Ensures involved parties receive appropriate training and information required to conduct their activities in a safe and healthy manner • Anticipates potential roadblocks and develops solutions to prevent issues from arising. • Facilitates effective communication between internal and external parties to ensure mutual understanding of requirements and timelines • Provides leadership and support to ensure consistent and effective use of corporate project management tools • Develops and implements metrics to measure progress and efficiency of the project management team to meet goals and deliverables • Organizes and conduct meetings with project team, stakeholders and management • Oversees financial and service aspects of contracts • Other duties as assigned Required Skills: • Ability to work effectively with and lead a cross-functional team • Ability to work under strict timelines in a fast-paced industry • Solid leadership and interpersonal skills • Effective verbal and written communication skills • High level of professionalism, integrity and ethics • Strong project management skill set • Results-oriented through well-built problem solving and analysis • Strategic thinking with the ability to negotiate and positively influence peers • Must demonstrate dynamism with the ability to drive complex financial and contractual initiatives Education and Experience: • Experience working in a quality-driven environment with an understanding of ISO and GMP requirements • Professional Project Manager (PMP) Designation preferred • Knowledge of or experience in the emerging cannabis industry • Experience working in a pharmaceutical or lab environment • Knowledge of ERP systems and supply chain systems considered an asset • Experience in sales or supply chain for beverage alcohol or consumer packaged goods considered an asset Powered by JazzHR
