At Jushi Holdings Inc. ”) (CSE: JUSH) (OTCQX: JUSHF), we are shaping the future of the cannabis industry, the fastest growing jobs sector in the U.S. We are seeking a Planning & Performance Manager to provide strong financial leadership in all areas of plant operations The Planning and Performance Manager will focus on cost accounting, inventory valuation, planning and coordinating plant budget and business planning activities in alignment with corporate policies and practices. The Planning and Performance Manager will also be responsible for Site management with KPI’s for Cultivation, Production and Packaging.

Each day, Jushi team members continue to grow, cultivate, process and manufacture a comprehensive suite of cannabis brands under the names: The Bank, The Lab, Tasteology, Nira + Medicinals and Sèche, which are addressing a wide variety of consumer and patient needs across multiple states.


• Financials: responsible for the annual budget and the monthly monitoring of the costs of the facility (variable and fixed). Provide analysis of monthly cost variances (price and performance)

• Support monthly close, quarterly forecast, annual budget, and long-range plan processes, which includes continuously refining spend forecast and providing information to help inform decisions and recommendations on both financials and KPI’s

• Collaborate with Facility Management to establish of KPI’s (non-financials) and KPI reporting tools

• Maintain and improve financial model to value inventory, monthly, quarterly, and annually.

• Responsible for ERP systems at the GPs

• Prepare and coordinate S&OP routine. Responsible for production planning based on this routine

• Audit Inventory actuals to MJ freeway our system of record

• Creation of, review of and improve on SOPs for production planning.

• Collaborate with cultivation and manufacturing to create cost improvement production efficiencies

• Work with Supply Chain/ Purchasing in pursuit of reducing material costs.

• Help to identify strain specific variances from plan and work with operations to correct

• Support Corporate Finance in relationship to plant expansion and fixed asset acquisitions


• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering

• At least 5 years’ experience in manufacturing

• Knowledge of budgeting and forecasting techniques as well as proficiency with financial statement analysis and projection

• Quantitative Skills: high degree of accuracy with numerical transactions and to meet critical deadlines

• Advanced MS Excel

• Strong knowledge of US GAAP

• Cost accounting experience

• Strong attention to detail, superior organizational skills, strong communication skills

• Ability to act independently and prioritize responsibilities and tasks
