• Data Analyst/Planner - 1st Shift 6am - 2:30pm

• The responsibilities of the Data Analyst/Planner within Garden Remedies, Inc. (GRI) broadly embrace the key areas described below
• Performs daily/weekly MRP
• Produces weekly production schedule
• Reviews testing results
• Determines shipment quantities to dispensary locations as needed, ensuring sufficient inventory levels
• Updates data tracking sheets, to ensure accuracy of models/forecasts
• Gathers data from MRP system
• Provides information to assist business operations
• Maintains extensive knowledge of GRI’s products
• Is knowledgeable about MA compliance and reporting regulations
• Reports inventory issues to management
• Completes other duties as assigned in a timely and appropriate manner
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, or highly motivated to acquire necessary skills
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

• Extremely high attention to detail, including the ability to detect abnormalities in data and report them to management
• Demonstrated history of strong attendance, including the ability to adhere to a strict schedule
• Three years’ experience in data analysis/planning, or equivalent degree preferred
• Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma principles or eager to acquire necessary knowledge preferred
• Ability to work within a team and maintain a positive attitude
• Fun attitude and strong work ethic
• At least 21 years of age.
• Works under the general supervision of the Planning Supervisor
• This position is not responsible for supervising other employees
• Demonstrated passion to serving the medical and adult-use cannabis community.
• Computer operating skills
• Must be able to pass all background check to work in Cannabis in MA.
• Medical marijuana and recreational marijuana product knowledge highly desirable
• Experience in a complex, fast-paced environment
