A new cannabis company based in West Los Angeles is seeking to hire a highly motivated Sanitation Technician at their Northern NV facility.
The Sanitation Technician is responsible for general sanitation and janitorial duties in the facility.
This team member will be tasked with maintaining the cleanliness of the facility’s common areas including but not limited to bathrooms, breakrooms, conference rooms, office areas, hallways etc.
The Sanitation Technician will also be responsible for taking inventory of cleaning supplies & Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) needed for the facility.
The ideal candidate takes pride in maintaining a clean environment, is organized, and has a great attitude.
The schedule for this position is 7am – 3:30pm, Monday – Friday with the possibility of overtime as needed.
KEY JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES
Complete required cleanings associated with the Master Sanitation Schedule (MSS)
Accurately log all cleaning and sanitation activities
Maintain a clean, organized storage area
Report inventory of PPE, general facility supplies, and cleaning supplies on a regular basis
Represent sanitation staff in monthly safety meetings Other duties as assigned
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE + QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma or GED preferred Minimum of 1 year of janitorial experience preferred Must be 21 years of age or older Additional Requirements
Working knowledge of cleaning supplies, GMP standards, and OSHA requirements
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Detail -oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
Team player who works well with others, but can work independently if needed
