In Canada, our operating campus in Kelowna, BC is situated in the Okanagan Valley, an epicentre of cannabis cultivation. This campus produces recreational and medicinal cannabis from a purpose-built, GMP-designed indoor cultivation facility, an outdoor and greenhouse cultivation site, and state-of-the-art R&D facility.

Internationally, The Flowr Corporation will meet growing global medicinal cannabis demand through its subsidiary Holigen. Licensed to cultivate in Portugal, Holigen will operate GMP-designed cultivation facilities in both Portugal and Australia. Our goal is to be the #1 choice of consumers and patients alike, and our established experts in cannabis cultivation, regulated industries and consumer goods aim to meet that goal responsibly, everywhere we operate.


The shipper/receiver will organize, inspect, process and control all inventory being received/shipped at our main facility in Kelowna, BC.

The shipper/receiver will pick and fill sales orders from inventory. Counting, packing, palletizing, staging ang shipping orders will be part of daily functions.

Responsible for receiving assets/consumables from the warehouse and allocating to the appropriate department. All paperwork will be scanned, organized and filed appropriately.

This position will report to the Logistics Manager, Supply Chain manager or their designate.


  • Stage shipments according to Orders/PO#s
  • Provide logistical updates at weekly supply meetings
  • Inspect product, load trailers, and secure all shipments
  • Verify all paperwork corresponds with physical cargo listed, identifying errors and notifying supervisors
  • Receive, unload trucks and assign assets/consumables to departments
  • Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves or in bins according to organizational standards
  • Maintain inventory controls by recording amounts of materials or items received or distributed through appropriate forms and updating records on computer
  • Complete daily regular cycle counts of product inventory
  • Assist in monthly audits of physical inventory with supervisor
  • Reconcile shipping and receiving records weekly and on request
  • Abide by company security procedures and maintain chain of custody
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat; Sweep, dust and mop.
  • Maintain organized and labelled warehouse at all times
  • Wear the proper safety equipment
  • Maintain and operate equipment in a safe and efficient manner
  • Maintain equipment and the work area in a clean and organized fashion
  • Follow and adhere to all given instructions including work procedures (SOP’s)
  • Strictly adhere to and observe all safety policies as outlined in the company policies
  • Complete other duties as assigned


  • Have your High School diploma or equivalent
  • Great communicator that is organized, and detail orientated
  • Always dependable and reliable, with great time management skills
  • Numbers don’t scare you, as you have good mathematical skills
  • Inventory, Equipment maintenance, data entry and computer skills
  • Can psychically lift and/or move objects that are10-50lbs and can occasionally lift and/or move objects that weigh more than 100 lbs.


  • 1-2 years previous shipping/receiving experience
  • Forklift ticket, experience or desire to learn and pass exam to drive forklift
