LET’S TALK ABOUT THE ROLE:
As we keep growing and expanding, we are on the hunt for energetic, hard-working, and positive individuals to join our Packaging Team.

Reporting into the Packaging Supervisor, Packaging Team Members Provides on-site support for the packaging of our products. Working in this role, you can expect to complete tasks assigned by the Packaging Supervisor or their designate, to ensure high quality product in accordance with Health Canada and standards set by Flowr.

How will you make an impact?

On a day-to-day basis, you can expect to:
  • Package cannabis in accordance with packaging instructions, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) requirements
  • Maintain and operate equipment in a safe and efficient manner
  • Complete documentation required in a timely manner
  • Correctly identify and handle packaging materials
  • Report any deviations found with respect to instructions, process or materials used
  • Assist with quality and safety investigations
  • Assist with the inspecting of equipment and work area for cleanliness, safety and proper set up prior to the packaging operation
  • Maintain equipment and the work area in a clean and organized fashion
  • Strictly adhere to and observe all safety policies as outlined in the company policies
  • Maintain accurate records of product to ensure product identification and quality control
  • Assist supervisor with the creation of labels in accordance with Health Canada and standards set by The Flowr Corporation
Who we’re looking for!

  • You are no stranger to a manufacturing or production environment, including, but not limited to Food and Bev production and/or lean manufacturing
  • Past co-workers will tell us you have effective time-management skills and are quite the multi-tasker
  • You consider yourself active and have no problem walking up two flights of stairs regularly or being able to push/pull up to 35lbs of weight
  • You have a proven ability to complete repetitive work with your hands on a manufacturing line
  • You can reach, kneel, stand, like it’s nobody’s business
  • We provide job training and coaching even for entry level
