Job Summary
You will support the Grower Success Manager (GSM) who oversees key grower accounts, maintaining, and nurturing the relationship. The Grower Success Intern will help onboard, train, and support the growers with our product offerings. You are passionate about making a positive impact in agriculture and assisting the adoption of smart technology to their field operations. You’re a self-starter and eager to find ways to support customers with an emphasis on creating great customer satisfaction. This position reports to the assigned Grower Success Manager.

Essential Functions

  • Work closely with assigned Grower Success Manager
  • Develop a thorough understanding of Fieldin products
  • Train customers (in English or Spanish) on Fieldin’s suite of offerings (mobile and desktop)
  • Join meetings that require English/Spanish translating
  • Link customer and internal datasets

Specialized Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • College/university student, senior status preferred
  • Self-starter with high independency, thrives in a collaborate teamwork setting
  • Strong interpersonal, oral and written skills
  • Comfortable presenting in front of large groups
  • Fluency in Spanish is required
  • Working towards a degree in a discipline related to plant science or agronomy is preferred

Job Types: Part-time, Internship

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
