Sales Associate/Cannabis Concierge

Farnsworth, named one of the most stylish dispensaries in the country by Architectural Digest, is a fast-growing luxury cannabis brand.

We are seeking a team-oriented individual to join us as a Sales Associate! You will be a critical part of our operation by representing our brand and selling our product. At Farnsworth we work together as a team so selling on the floor won''t be your only responsibility, you will be involved with e-commerce, website maintenance and product management. We currently have full time and part time positions available.

Responsibilities:

• Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
• Prospect and contact potential customers
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
• Create sales material to present to customers
• Operate in accordance with 935 CMR 500 Cannabis Control Commission guidelines

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields required
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Strong leadership qualities
• Cash-handling/Cash register skills
• Foundation of cannabis knowledge strongly preferred
• Excellent written and communication skills
