Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, economics, computer science, information management, statistics or equivalent work experience

• 5 plus years of experience driving data quality, data management and data governance initiatives (Required

• 3-5 years of experience performing enterprise data transformation (Preferred)

• 1-3 years of experience working with Master Data Management tools (Preferred)

• 1-3 years of experience working with Tableau, SQL (Preferred)

• Experience in retail, agriculture, e-commerce and or manufacturing company is a plus

• Subject to background check per state cannabis regulations

What will I be doing?

As Data Quality Analyst/MDM you will assist in the implementation and operationalization of Master Data management strategy. The key activities include:

• You will support operations by monitoring and cleansing master data, key data, and master relationship data within the organization.

• Ensures master data integrity in key ERP/Point of Sale/Snowflake as well as maintaining the processes to support the data quality.

• Create documentation and training materials to drive master data standards

• Provide requirements and execute on configuration and development of Master Data Platform

• Identify areas for data quality improvements and help resolve issues through the appropriate choice of error detection and correction, process control and improvement, or process design strategies.

• Support the development of data quality standards for reference, transactional and derived data domains

• Assist in identifying and resolving gaps in data quality and governance with emphasis on root-cause analysis, people, and process.

• Responsible for reporting on the quality, accuracy, and completeness of enterprise data via standard data sources

• Execute key activities driven by data governance, integration, quality, and master data management initiatives
