The Sanitation and Replenishment Specialist team member is an essential and is responsible for ensuring the facility’s preparedness for an efficient operational startup. Cleanliness, sanitation, and organization will be the foundation for success in this role. The Sanitation and Replenishment Specialist team member will be expected to maintain a consistent schedule for completion of critical responsibilities.


  • Thoroughly clean and sanitize grow rooms post-harvest
  • Clean drying rooms between harvests
  • Perform general cleaning practices on rooms with operational functions
  • Operate floor scrubber on all major walkways
  • Manage daily use items such as buckets, totes, etc.… that require daily cleaning
  • Prep items such as barrels, carts, packaging, etc.… for daily use
  • Resupply and audit all tools and consumables for each room, including PPE
  • Oversee on-hand inventory for consumable supplies, including PPE
  • Maintain recommended sanitation measures on key equipment
  • Perform duties consistent with established safety and quality procedures, rules, and standards


  • Must have attention to detail and understand the definition of clean
  • Must have working knowledge of cleaning/sanitizing chemicals
  • Must be able to lift material up to 35 pounds
  • Must be able to wear personal protective equipment such as glasses, gloves, etc.…
  • Must be able to properly use and care for assigned tools and equipment
  • Must be able to adhere to standards and perform a quality job in a safe manner within an acceptable time.

Self-starter with the ability to operate independently during an overnight shift. Experience using multiple cleaning chemicals and sanitary tools. Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing, and challenging environment. Ability to follow a schedule and perform tasks within a designated window.


Operates with direct and indirect supervision from the Director of Operations. Follows established policies and procedures, contributes to the development of new concepts, policies and procedures as necessary to perform job duties and tasks.
