Team Description:

The Cova Partner Team develops and manages the relationships of the organizations within the Cova Ecosystem.

Job Summary:

The Program Manager owns the lifecycle of our partners including initial onboarding, beta testing, internal and external communication of the partner program, documentation for support, sales, operations and marketing, escalations, and potential offboarding. This role reports to the VP of Operations with a direct dotted line to the VP of Strategic Partnerships.


  • Coordinating partnership programs across the organization
    • Technical coordination and management of escalations
    • Communication of timelines to all stakeholders
    • Prepare standard partner materials
    • Coordination of marketing timing and efforts
    • Operational considerations including onboarding, billing queries, support questions and offboarding


  • Proven track record in Project or Partner Management
  • Ability to coordinate and collaborate across departments
  • Professional communication skills
  • Ability to problem-solve and manage competing priorities
  • Experience developing internal materials including support, operations, and sales playbooks
  • Familiarity with API’s and integrations
  • Strong time management
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, basic web design, Slack, and project management software. Experience with Zen Desk is a plus
  • Ability to travel internationally between the US and Canada as required
  • Travel less than 10%
  • College Degree Required
