• Cookies, a globally recognized cannabis brand, is looking for a Project Manager to assist the fast-moving Retail Team. Cookies offers trendsetting cannabis products that start with our indoor and outdoor farms and end up on your favorite dispensary’s retail shelves.

• Obsessed with the details and a high level of organization and communication, the Project Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring a multi-million dollar portfolio of projects are completed on time and according to budget while embodying everything that is Cookies.

• Synchronize store openings and store conversions consistent with Cookies design standards and in accordance with planned project timing.

• Attend design, construction, architecture meetings to capture key decision points, write out action items and follow-up to make sure decisions/actions are complete

• Mine email threads for action items and calendar action items and key milestone dates for appropriate team members and follow up.

• Liaise with vendor pool to circulate action item lists, note take and follow up on action items on a daily/weekly basis.

• Collect/organize/document day to day documentation: reports, permits, invoices, RFI's and all related project activities/data.

• Track project progress, budget, and timelines via tools provided.

• Assist with competitive bid process and solicitations for services.

• Walk sites and provide inspection notes and photography.

• Suggest best practices for organizational tools and SOP’s as relevant to team.

• Maintain and manage tracking tools: NDA's, warranty compliance, project tracker, dropbox organization, others as needed.

• Elevate issues related to budget, timelines, compliance to the Director of Retail Development.

• Manage special projects as directed by the Director of Retail Development.

• Assist with managing national relationships and agreements.

• Provide general team assistance as needed (accounting, marketing, operations, etc).

• Support partners in understanding the Cookies Customer Experience and Journey.

• Prepare the store so it is ready to hand-off to the Retail Operations team.

• Communicate, communicate, communicate to internal team and external partners.

• Other duties as assigned.

• At least 5-8 years of experience in construction, property management, and/or real estate setting.

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or the equivalent in years of job-specific work experience.

• Willingness to travel as needed (up to 30%) and work across a variety of time zones.

• Familiarity with GSuite products, cell phones (texting, calling), electronic meeting tools, Microsoft Office products.

• Ability to concurrently track in excess of 30 projects

• have a good understanding of construction means, methods, and general processes.

• Ability to write a synopsis, take initiative and make decisions quickly.

• Ability to read construction drawings and design renderings.

• Readiness to work in a fast-paced environment towards hard deadlines.

• Strong attention to detail and go get ‘em attitude about follow up.

• Ability to maintain a good sense of humor while building the rocketship that is Cookies.
