If so, you might be one of our next Consumer Insights Managers We have two amazing opportunities available to help manage our Inhalable and Concentrates portfolios. There are two roles available to become the next strategic partner to Canopy’s Flower and Pre-rolled Joints product teams or our Vape, Extracts, and Concentrate product teams. In either role, you will help to build and launch a portfolio of game-changing brands and products that will disrupt existing categories and behaviours in both the recreational cannabis and CBD spaces Responsibilities Act as a strategic partner to the product teams by deeply understanding needs and occasions and building a portfolio of disruptive, consumer-centric brands and products Build and execute annual insights plans for the product teams, ensuring that insights are helping to achieve key priority areas and guide decision making Work hand-in-hand with the product teams proactively driving thought leadership to use consumer and market insights to identify new opportunities for existing or new-to-market brands or cannabis formats and assess, optimize and validate new brands or formats, product or communications Lead project scoping to ensure a clear and actionable brief and the identification of the right approach and research partner Work independently with research partners to seamlessly execute research projects that deliver against objectives and build impactful, visually engaging and easy-to-understand reports and presentations to drive action Work collaboratively across functional groups, acting as a silo buster between teams, to identify common objectives and share relevant insights helping to create a consumer-centric mentality across the entire organization Evangelize and socialize consumer insights throughout the entire organization to build a consumer obsessed and empathic culture Experience 3-5 years market research or consumer insights experience, with experience in both qualitative and quantitative insights work CPG experience required, related inhalable category experience is a plus Proven track record of actionable insights work, including compelling and motivating storytelling and action planning Extensive experience in building strategic partnerships with critical internal stakeholders including brand, innovation and sales teams An openness to challenge the norm and find new ways of answering tough questions Experience and exposure to working in highly agile and ambiguous environments and developing new functions is an asset Passionate about collaborating across teams and breaking silos
