Job Title: Post-production Technician

Report to: Director of Post-production / Associate Director of Post-production / Harvest Manager

Direct Supervision of: N/A

Exempt or Non-exempt (Salary or Hourly): $14.77/hr - $18/hr (Hourly/Non-exempt)

Full time or Part time: Full Time (M-TH 4/10)

Location: Stapleton Grow & Alameda Grow

Job Summary: The post-production technician will be assigned tasks from harvesting to packaging and labeling.

Qualification Requirements: (i.e. – degree, certifications, training, years of experience)

MED Employee License Required

Physical Requirements: (i.e. – any physical requirement unique to this position.)

Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

Break plants down during harvests.

Package 1/8ths and Ounces.

Pre-roll production.

Maintain a sanitary work environment to protect staff and product from contaminants.

Work in the garden with the grow staff to learn proper handling of the plants.

Required to be Skilled at:

Problem solving and trouble shooting.

Attention to detail and accuracy.

Preferred Knowledge of:

Colorado Marijuana Enforcement Division (MED) Regulations

Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE) Regulations

Colorado Department of Agriculture (CDA) Regulations

Able to:

Adapt to change in an evolving process.

Work with deadlines and do what is necessary to achieve them.

Constantly push for individual production improvement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
