Our client, a leading provider of Vape Hardware, is looking for a VP of Sales to join their Toronto-based Team.

The VP of Sales will report to the Chief Operating Officer and will be responsible for ideating and implementing strategies to drive business revenue growth while leading and growing the Sales team across North America.

• Role will require travel and you must be able to travel to the US*What You'll Be Doing:Overseeing and directing the strategy for North American Sales

Oversee the Sales P&L

Implement strategic initiatives to generate new revenue streams and to increase annuity business

Increase market share globally with a focus on the United States of America

Oversee key partnerships and key account relationships

Implement new partnerships to help drive Greentank brand awareness and revenue growth

Oversee and guide the hiring plan for Sales Team

Ensure effective recruiting, onboarding, professional development, performance management, and retention of sales team

Evaluate customer needs, understand market drivers and forces, and work with product, supply chain and logistics to ensure appropriate service/product delivery and pricing

Build a strategic roadmap to increase the efficiency of the sales process for each region Greentank operates in

Increase Greentank's deal margin profitability

Implement sales tools to increase efficiency

Track and maintain up to date reporting on sales activity, pipeline, and closed business

Collaborate with the Executive team in setting and driving organizational vision, strategy, and execution plan for North American Sales

Translate sales strategy into actionable goals for performance and growth

Other duties as assigned

Requirements

University degree or equivalent combination of education & experience

Professional cannabis and/or vape industry experience, preferably in a senior sales position

7+ years of proven sales success

Solid understanding of the dynamic cannabis market and industry trends

Highly organized and able to multitask

Self-driven and proactive nature

Experience in process creation

Demonstrate leadership qualities
